Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept for EXCHANGE any item purchased at REGULAR price, within 30 days of purchase, for REPLACEMENT or CREDIT NOTE.

The original receipt, OR registration of your purchase on our Preferred Customer Registry is required as your proof of purchase.

Discounted items are always FINAL SALE and excluded from any exchange or credit.

Any item which has been engraved or physically altered in any way, cannot be returned for exchange or credit.

Our product is Nickel-Free, we can do no more to ensure that you will not have an allergic reaction. We cannot be held responsible for any reactions you may have.

NO CASH REFUNDS

Please Note – due to HEALTH regulations, earrings, body jewellery and tiaras cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason once they have left our kiosk / store.
